• New Quick Start wizard: pick one of 12 common licences, choose a colour and issuer, and the card is ready in two clicks.
• A simpler interface everywhere, with rarely used options under "More options".

• Officers can check a nearby player's licences and revoke one on the spot with a reason (/checklicense).
• New staff members added from the panel start as Staff instead of Admin.
