2. Install the resource

  1. Drop the folder into your resources/ tree.
  2. Add it to server.cfg after oxmysql, ox_lib, your framework and your inventory:

ensure ox_lib
ensure qb-core            # or qbx_core, or es_extended
ensure ox_inventory       # or qb-inventory / qs-inventory / ph-inventory
ensure ph-licensecreator

No SQL import is required. Every table is created on first start by server/runtime/persistence/schema.lua with CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS.

Editable vs escrowed files

escrow_ignore in fxmanifest.lua ships these paths as readable source, they are the supported customisation seam:

shared/config.lua
client/bridge/**/*
server/bridge/**/*
html/**/*
locales/**/*

Everything under client/runtime/, server/runtime/ and the two bootstrap.lua files is escrow-protected feature logic. Put your integrations in bridge/, not in runtime/.
