3. Grant yourself admin access

Open shared/config.lua and set Config.Admin:

}

mainAdminIdentifierType must match the prefix of mainAdminIdentifier. This is the only account that can open the panel before any database users exist; everyone else is added from the panel afterwards. Leaving mainAdminIdentifier empty is valid and safe, access then falls back to DB admins with permission_level 1.
