6. First start

Start the server and confirm the tables were created. All of them are prefixed ph_licenses_* (plus ph_licensecreator_players for standalone money) and are declared in server/runtime/persistence/tables.lua, a server-only file, so table names are never sent to clients.

In game, run /adminpanel. You land in the License Editor, where you can:

• create categories and licence templates,
• set purchase locations per template (Set Location),
• browse issued licences (License Manager),
• add staff and admins (User Management),
• configure colours, language, photo upload and webhooks (Settings).

/placement opens the card repositioning panel and is available to all players.

Optional: start from sample data

To begin with working examples (ID card, police badge, driving licence and their purchase locations) instead of a blank panel, import installation/licenses_templates.sql once, after the tables have been created on first start.
